Puppy Contract Effective as of 10/10/2020

Thank you for considering to buy a puppy from us at Moe’s Shorty Jacks. To make sure this is an enjoyable experience for both parties, We have made this contract, so you will know what to expect.

When you have decided to purchase a puppy from us you will send us a Non refundable deposit of $300.00  to hold the puppy of your choice. If something happens to the puppy while in our care you will either get your $300 deposit back or be given the option to transfer to another puppy.

 We will not hold a puppy without a deposit.  

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Should you change your mind and no longer want the puppy you will not get your deposit back. This is so we do not hold a puppy that we could have sold. Your deposit will be transferable up to one year on another puppy.

When it’s time for you to pick up your puppy you will then pay in full the remainder of the balance due in cash. We do not accept personal checks. Payments via PayPal are optional while your puppy is in our care. 

Shipping cost will be at the buyer’s expense will be paid in full prior to puppy being shipped.

Your puppy will come with Its dew clews removed, puppies will have their first vet check to make sure they are healthy. They will be Microchipped, wormed every two weeks from birth and have had their first 2 sets of shots. They will also come with a welcome pack with puppy food, pedigree and signed certificate from the vet.

Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of time of pickup/ delivery, or guarantee is not applicable.

If said puppy is other than healthy it should be brought to breeder and breeder's veterinarian immediately. The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary cost at any time after it leaves our care.

Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, Giardia etc. are common problems among puppies and will not be covered by this warranty, although every effort is made to sell puppies free of these problems.

Delivery /Pick-up

You are more than welcome to come to our home and pick up your puppy and see the parents. Or in some cases we will meet you within a reasonable distance.  We charge $1.25 a mile. Shipping can be arranged by either party the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Boarding your puppy after the pick up date:

If you can’t pick up your puppy by the pickup date you will be charged $10.00 a day or $50.00 a week.

The Breeder is not responsible for any shipping charges, or vet bills once the puppy leaves our care.

The Breeder does not assume any liability for any injury of said puppy after delivery.

The Buyer is responsible to maintain the puppy’s health condition, vaccinations, and de-worming, and any other procedures to insure good health. 

We Do Not Guaranteed:  adult weight, height, coat type, bite, breeding ability, undescended testicles, parvo

The Breeder has provided everything possible to produce a healthy sound puppy, by raising the puppy in the best possible way in regard to diet, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care.
